Hey There!
I’m Amy, just a normal girl passionate about fixing peoples poop problems.
I struggled with constipation, pain, and food sensitivities for 20 years. When colonoscopies, medicine, and elimination diets did not work I did not give up.
I became a registered dietitian to heal myself and others. And when I still didn’t find the answers I needed…I dug deeper into functional medicine. And boy, is there so much more to gut health than they teach you in school and tell you at the doctor’s office. I cannot wait to share my framework to help you finally heal your gut for good. Without staying on a restrictive diet forever or just managing and dealing with your symptoms day in and day out.
I am so thankful and honored to have the opportunity to guide you in your gut healing journey!! Let's work together to uncover your secrets to a healthier, happier you.

When I am not talking about poop I love being outside listening to the birds. (Yes I know I have no idea when I became this old lady, but I’m here for it).
I enjoy long leisurely walks, ideally under the moonlight with an audiobook in my ear. Or walks with good friends solving all the world’s problems.
Also love traveling, talking about traveling, researching traveling, thinking about traveling. Annoying my husband with a million new travel ideas :)
Beyond grateful for my husband’s ability to make me genuinely laugh everyday.
Love reading books with my kiddos and wandering in the woods with them. Teaching them about nature and health and all the things.
Oh and of course I love cooking and eating and nourishing myself and my family because truly makes you feel SO good.
And gardening! I have big dreams of (over the next few decades haha) turning my whole yard into a garden and grow a majority of my own food like my grandparents did.
And that is a peek into to my rambling mind. So now you know me a bit. So don’t feel weird to talk to me about your poop size, consistency, color and smell, okay?!
